Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! If you are looking for a smaller, alternative style venue, Long Lake Theater may be the perfect fit for you! Budget friendly, tucked into the sweet county of Hubbard... we are here to help execute your plans and make your day beautiful!

Long Lake Theater is comprised of 2 small theater buildings and a screen porch beer/wine licensed pub.  The theaters were both originally churches; one built in 1890, the other in 1891. They have both been renovated into intimate 104 seat theaters that host plays, musicals, weddings and other live entertainment.  The venue has comfortable and clean bride and groom getting ready spaces, fully air conditioned.

REHEARSAL

Your rehearsal for the wedding can take place any time the week ahead of your date. We will work together to find a time to take the stress out of what's ahead!

 

REHEARSAL DINNER

You are welcome to host your rehearsal dinner on site in our pub using a caterer or bringing in your own food.  Outside alcohol is not allowed on the premises at any time. It MUST be purchased and provided by Long Lake Theater.

DAY OF

On your wedding day, the venue will be open for you at 8am to begin set up and getting ready. If availability exists, the possibility of starting the night before may also be an option.

VINTAGE RENTALS

We have a full selection of gorgeous vintage dishes, stemware, flatware and accessories available to make your day unique, beautiful and easy! We can also provide set up and table service for a smooth and easy meal for your big day.

CEREMONY

Your ceremony can be held indoors in one of the theaters, or outside on the lawn. With two buildings to work with, each side of the wedding party has their own getting ready space in our dressing areas.

COCKTAIL HOUR

Once the ceremony is complete, the newlyweds often take time for photos and move guests to "cocktail hour."  This can be set up in the pub or on the lawn. Long Lake Theater is licensed for the service of beer and wine only, however, we can help you get creative with that! Plus it's gentler on the budget than a full bar service. (If your reception is being held on site, it is best to host cocktail hour opposite your dinner service area.)

RECEPTION

Time to celebrate with your guests!  We can help you create amazing tables ready to receive your catered food.

​

MUSIC

Live or pre-recorded music can be used for your ceremony and reception. Music must be off at 10pm, Guests out by 11pm, Venue closes at midnight.

ON SITE COORDINATOR

We offer an on site coordinator to help you detail, plan, and fully execute your day so you can relax and enjoy it!

​

INSURANCE

You must provide liability insurance to cover your event on our premises. Your contract will detail those requirements.
